Special Studio Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re committed to making things right while staying true to our circular values.

Returns and Time Frame

Customers have 48 hours from receiving the product to request a return.

Seconds / Sale Items

Items sold as Seconds or Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item once it has been returned. Special Studio covers all return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • Requested within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Returned in the original packaging in perfect condition

Once the item is received, it will be inspected and processed for a refund or store credit.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

If a product breaks under normal use, you can return it at any time under our lifetime circularity commitment. We will take back the old item for reprocessing and replace it once inspected.

Special Studio reserves the right to charge an Admin and Restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the product price for replacement items.
Return shipping costs apply in these cases.
