Shipping Options and Times: We are pleased to offer expedited shipping for all our customers. Orders placed within New Zealand typically arrive in less than one week from the date of purchase, and 6-14 days for orders within Australia.

Shipping Costs: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders to New Zealand and Australia over $200 except from Coffee Tables, Chair and Seconds (Shipping fee applies) as a token of our appreciation for your business. International orders are subject to additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Order Processing Times: We strive to process all orders within 3-6 working day from the purchase date. Our team works diligently to ensure your items are dispatched promptly, so you can start enjoying your products sooner.

International Shipping: International customers are welcome at Special Studio! Please note, however, that orders shipped outside of New Zealand and Australia may incur additional charges such as customs duties and taxes, for which the customer is responsible.
Shipping times are usually around 10 to 14 days.
